1. Purpose of GradVix

GradVix provides AI-powered career tools and career guidance content to help Indian job seekers improve their resumes, ATS scores, LinkedIn profiles, Naukri profiles, and job application quality. All tools and content are for informational and assistance purposes only.

2. No Guarantee of Job Selection

GradVix does not guarantee job interviews, job offers, or employment outcomes. AI-generated suggestions are guidance only. Whether you get shortlisted or selected depends on recruiter decisions, your skills, your experience, your interview performance, and company requirements — factors that are entirely outside GradVix’s control.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use GradVix to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fabricated information in resumes or profiles
  • Misrepresent your qualifications, experience, or skills to employers
  • Scrape, copy, or reproduce GradVix tool outputs for commercial redistribution
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or misuse our AI tools

4. Intellectual Property

All GradVix website content, tool interfaces, and brand assets are the intellectual property of GradVix. You may not copy or reproduce GradVix content without permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

GradVix is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from use of our tools or content. Use GradVix tools as one input among many in your job search — not as a guaranteed path to employment.

6. Changes to Terms

GradVix may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
