Product trust and disclosure
This page explains how GradVix separates its public information website from its career-tools application, what users should verify, and where to find the current product policies.
1. Two connected services with different purposes
gradvix.com
Publishes career guidance, ATS and resume education, LinkedIn and Naukri guidance, job-application resources and official-source-led study-abroad research. Most public content can be read without creating an account.
app.gradvix.com
Provides AI-assisted resume, ATS, LinkedIn, Naukri, cover-letter and project-description tools. Product accounts, uploads, generated outputs, usage limits, payments and refunds are governed by the app’s own policies.
The two services share the GradVix brand but do not collect or process exactly the same information. The gradvix.com Privacy Policy governs the public website. The app’s separate policy governs product accounts and career documents.
2. What GradVix career tools are designed to do
GradVix tools are designed to help users organise, compare and improve truthful career information. Depending on the tool, a user may be able to:
- build or edit a resume;
- compare a resume with a target job description;
- identify missing keywords, skills, sections or evidence;
- improve LinkedIn and Naukri profile text;
- draft cover letters and project descriptions; and
- download or save supported outputs.
Product availability, limits, templates, export options and plan entitlements may change. The live GradVix pricing page and the product interface are the current sources for plan availability and included features.
3. What an ATS score can and cannot mean
A useful ATS review should separate different questions:
- Parsing and structure: whether common systems are likely to read the document clearly.
- Job-description relevance: whether the resume contains truthful evidence related to one target role.
- Completeness: whether important sections and basic information are present.
- Writing quality: whether claims are specific, readable and supported.
Users should add only skills, experience and achievements they can honestly support. Changing a score without improving truthful evidence can make an application less credible.
4. AI-assisted processing and user review
GradVix uses AI-assisted systems for some analyses, suggestions and generated text. AI output can be incomplete, generic or incorrect. Users are responsible for checking dates, employers, education, skills, metrics and every factual claim before using an output.
Career inputs may be processed by service providers required to deliver the requested feature. The current provider categories and processing explanation are described in the GradVix app Privacy Policy. This transparency page does not replace that policy.
5. Career documents and privacy
Resumes and career profiles can contain names, email addresses, phone numbers, employment history, education, locations and other personal information. Before uploading or pasting content:
- remove unnecessary identity numbers, signatures, financial details and unrelated sensitive information;
- check that you are authorised to provide information about another person;
- use the minimum information required for the tool; and
- review the app Privacy Policy for processing, service-provider sharing, retention and deletion information.
6. Plans, access periods and payments
GradVix may offer free access and paid, time-limited Pro plans. The live pricing page should clearly show the current price, duration, included features and whether a payment renews automatically. Users should review the total displayed amount and plan period before confirming payment.
Payment processing may be provided by a third-party payment service. GradVix does not need to receive or store complete card, UPI or banking credentials to verify a payment. Review the app’s Terms of Service and Refund Policy before purchasing.
7. User control and support requests
Users should be able to understand which service they are contacting and what action they are requesting. For an app account, payment, access, data-copy or deletion request, use the GradVix app contact page or email support@gradvix.com. Reasonable identity verification may be required before account information is disclosed or deleted.
For a correction, technical issue or privacy request concerning the public content website, use Contact GradVix.
8. Current policy and product links

9. Corrections, policy changes and review dates
GradVix may update product features, providers, plan terms or policies. The dated app policy and pricing pages should be treated as the current product sources. This transparency page will be reviewed when a material product or policy change affects the relationship between the website and the app.
To report an inconsistency between gradvix.com and app.gradvix.com, send the two URLs and the exact conflicting statements through the contact page.
This page provides a plain-language transparency overview. It does not replace the Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Refund Policy or any mandatory rights under applicable law.
