Source-of-truth rule: the live GradVix pricing page, product interface and app policies control if they differ from an older article. Product features, limits and plans can change.

2. Current plan structure

Plan Price Access period Public wording
Free ₹0 Ongoing, subject to current limits Limited resume, ATS and tool access as displayed in the app.
Pro Intro ₹99 30 days One-time payment for time-limited Pro access.
Pro Quarterly ₹249 90 days One-time payment for time-limited Pro access.
Pro Yearly ₹699 365 days One-time payment for time-limited Pro access.

As verified on 4 August 2026, paid plans do not auto-renew. Purchasing another Pro plan extends access from the current expiry date. Users should confirm the live checkout amount, access period, GST treatment and included features before paying.

3. Approved usage-limit wording

Do not use an unqualified “unlimited” claim. Product access can remain subject to account entitlements, technical rate limits, fair-use controls, abuse prevention and service availability.

Preferred wording:

  • “Free access subject to the current limits shown in the app.”
  • “Pro unlocks the full listed tool set during the selected access period, subject to technical and acceptable-use limits.”
  • “Check the live pricing page for current allowances and entitlements.”

4. Template-count wording

WordPress articles should not publish a fixed template count unless the live builder, homepage and pricing material all show the same verified number.

Preferred wording:

  • “Choose from the current ATS-aware templates available in the GradVix builder.”
  • “Review the live template gallery for current designs and availability.”

Avoid older claims such as “three templates” or “ten templates” unless the count has been checked across the complete product on the same date.

5. Export and file-format wording

GradVix currently documents PDF resume export. WordPress content must not imply that DOCX or Word export is available unless the live product adds and verifies that feature.

  • Approved: “Download a supported PDF resume.”
  • Avoid: “Export to PDF and Word” or “Download DOCX” unless verified in the live app.

General career guidance may still recommend keeping both PDF and DOCX versions for employer applications; that advice does not mean GradVix itself exports both formats.

6. Privacy and service-provider wording

Approved wording:

  • “GradVix does not sell user data.”
  • “Information may be processed by service providers needed to operate requested features, payments, email, analytics, hosting and storage, as explained in the app Privacy Policy.”
Avoid “never shared.” That phrase conflicts with necessary service-provider processing. Do not state that third-party providers never use data for model training unless the current provider terms and configuration prove it.

7. ATS product wording

Approved wording:

  • “Compare one resume with one target job description.”
  • “Review keyword, skills, formatting, completeness and impact findings.”
  • “Treat the score as a diagnostic, not a universal employer cutoff.”

Avoid:

  • “Guaranteed ATS pass.”
  • “Works exactly like every employer ATS.”
  • “A score above a fixed number guarantees an interview.”
