How should you show your computer-skill level?
Avoid arbitrary percentages such as “Excel 90%” or “Python 4/5.” They are hard to interpret. Describe the tasks you can actually perform.

Freshers can demonstrate computer skills without full-time employment. The evidence can come from projects, internships, academic labs, certifications with hands-on work, volunteer assignments or personal builds.
